We ship using Canada Post expedited ground service.Orders ship out approx. 1-3 business days after they are processed.
Forms of payment we accept are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards must be issued from Canada or the USA to be processed.
RETURNS
Returns must be authorized by emailing or calling Cobbler's Rack within 3 days of receiving your order.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, in perfect condition, in original box and packaging and all tags attached
Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
CLEARANCE Sale items (40% AND MORE) are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded
Flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
COBBLERS RACK reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy and will be returned to the customer at THEIR expense
